DRSF Success Stories!
We are a State of Florida Non-Profit Charitable Organization: #CH27948. We are an IRS Section 501(c)(3) Public Charity.
Each of our doxies holds a special place in our heart, but some are extra special stories that stay with us and we are extra proud to share....please read on below for some of the stories and "before and after" we are most proud of.  If these stories put a smile on your face, we invite you to help support our work by making a donation via any of the Pay-Pal links above and your donation goes to a 100% volunteer team with 0% overhead...100% for the doxies!
Cindy
Came to DRSF after her family surrendered her to a shelter to be put down due to mammary tumors that went un-treated.  Thanks to DRSF and our supporters, Cindy got the medical care she needed, happily all the tumors were benign, and found her Forever Mom Joanna a few months later!

The Miami 4
These four came to us after being found in South Dade County by a Police Officer.  They had been out on their own for quite some time and all 4 were suffering from a horrible case of demodex mange.  Our team jumped into action, all 4 were taken into foster care and started the long road back to heath.  All have made a full recovery, and "The Miami 4" are now known as Enzo, Gia, Mona Lisa and Amadeus and are living their happily ever after!

Spartacus
Spartacus came to be a DRSF dog after finding himself in a South Florida Shelter after suffering a horrible trauma.  The vets at the shelter went to extrodinary measures for him, and thanks to excellent vet care, and an incredible team of Foster Mom's skilled in wound care, Spartacus a.k.a.  Sparky, made a full recovery and now lives on the West Cost with his Forever Family and writes his on FB page too!
