Hi! I wanted to give you an update on the girls now that we have had them almost 2 weeks. They are adjusting famously and have stolen all our hearts. My favorite line to all is “They are so STINKING CUTE!” We love them dearly and they are getting way too much love and attention. Gracie and Kelly sleep with my husband and
I nightly burrowed under the covers and radiating 100 degrees of body heat. They are like mini hot boxes! They follow us from room to room and have to be laying on you and each other while you watch TV. My son loves them both, but has taken a special fondness for Kelly, as she is the crazy, squirrley one. Gracie is a little more sedate but has her moments of craziness as well. They are getting along well with Tia and Alley and like to chase Tia around the yard. It is hysterical to watch these 2 little dogs chase the big Dobie. We are fattening Kelly up and trying no to late Gracie gain weight, as she is perfect the way she is. Did I mention they are kissing fools and have bad breath? We are working on the bad breath.
Thank you again for all your help, we are thrilled with them and they bring such joy to our family.
Take care,
Traci and family

This is Fibi the fine lady, and I am writing to tell you how thankful I am for all your loving care and help finding a new family. I love my new family! We all know I was pleasantly "plump" due to my lazy lifestyle before. Now I go for long walks twice a day. My daddy even bought me toys that I can play with and we run around the house playing together. My "pudge" is just melting away and I feel fit as a fiddle now! I love to help my humans around the house. When my mommy does yoga, I sit on her mat and "supervise". I also help my daddy unwind from a hard day at work by napping on his lap while he watches the news. We take rides in the car together. Don't worry, I don't drive. This Miami traffic is waaaay to crazy for me. I prefer the passenger seat where I can look out the window at the passing scenery. I have so many things to entertain me now that by the end of the day I scamper right to the bedroom when I hear "Fibi, bedtime!". I hop up into bed and once my humans get comfy, I find a nice spot between legs or on a pillow, and knock out for the whole night. I am so happy now. Thank you again for everything, and please tell other people how important it is to ADOPT because Doxies Rock!
Love Always,
Fibi

We are all "happy ending" junkies and love nothing more than seeing photos and getting updates from our forever familes....
He is now being called Rascal (although his name is Marley).....because he is. I have a hole in my yard that I could fit in and he has all the screens on my patio flapping in the breeze (although the patio door is always open). He is a real hunter.... a real man's man!!! and is always into something. He could stay outside for hours (and probably has in his past life and dug his way from his original home), He loves to be outside and has been very therapeutic for Sisko (red collar) who was surrendered to me (3rd owner) and was left outside with 2 rotties in the hot Texas sun. Sisko now basks in the sunshine and actually has left the patio in the last several months. He explores and runs to chase the birds, where as before he would never leave the patio (perhaps in fear of being left outside as in past life). He is a joy.
When my son arrived home from his grandma's funeral Marley decided that the next time he was going too so he tried the suitcase on for size. Southwest will never know!!! except that he is a bit of a barker....and gets the others started. Trouble maker!!
